Justin Savoie helped Tony and I buy our first home this January 2019. From the start we were impressed by Justin's professionalism and attentiveness to detail. Tony and I decided on the home we hoped to purchase and contracted Justin to set up a showing. In addition to setting up a showing at this house he collected information on other homes in the area that we may like based on this particular house. He also prepared a document with the listing price and selling price of all new builds sold in the same area over the past year. This was important information to have which helped guide our decision-making process. We put in an offer and he walked us through the whole process. Every time he sent us a document to sign he called or texted us to let us know what document was being sent and what it was for. He was present during the inspection and noticed subtle things even the inspector didn't see. He was present for all stages of the sale and truly made this a seamless process. Justin is a hard worker, always quickly available, very knowledgeable, and trustworthy which are all the important qualities you need in a realtor. We definitely recommend him as your realtor.
